CCTV
Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTVS) are installed in our premises and installed by ABEL Alarm Company under their company policies.
CCTV systems are installed internally in premises for the purpose of enhancing security of the building and its associated equipment as well as creating a mindfulness among the occupants, at any one time, that a surveillance security system is in operation within the premises during both the daylight and night hours each day. CCTV surveillance at the premises is intended for the purposes of:
- protecting the shop and shop assets, both during and after shop opening hours;
- promoting the health and safety of staff and customers;
- preventing bullying;
- reducing the incidence of crime and anti-social behaviour (including theft and vandalism);

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
