What is your delivery timeframe?
Once your order is processed, delivery will be 2-3 days after dispatch. Courier processing and delays are out of our control. Please allow extra days during bank holiday weekends and busy periods such as Christmas and Easter.
Do you deliver frozen food?
No. To ensure maximum freshness and food safety, all frozen food items are strictly for in-store collection only and cannot be shipped via courier. Please ensure ‘Store Pickup’ is selected at checkout if your basket contains frozen goods.
