Datu Puti Adobo Series – Adobo sa Gata 180ml — a ready-to-use Filipino cooking sauce that brings a creamy coconut flavour to the classic adobo. Made with coconut milk, savoury soy and vinegar flavours, it is perfect for preparing creamy Adobo sa Gata with chicken, pork or seafood.

Usage: Add to your choice of meat or seafood, simmer and serve. Each 180ml pouch is suitable for approximately 1kg of meat.

Ingredients: Water, Coconut Milk, Hydrolyzed Soybean Protein, Sugar, Cane Vinegar, Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate, Black Pepper and Sodium Benzoate (preservative).
