Datu Puti Adobo Series – Humba 180ml — a ready-to-use Filipino cooking sauce inspired by the traditional Visayan dish Humba. It combines savoury soy and vinegar flavours with sweetness, garlic and black beans to create a rich and delicious sauce. Perfect for preparing pork Humba and other meat dishes.

Usage: Add to your choice of meat, simmer and serve. Each 180ml pouch is suitable for approximately 1kg of meat.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Onion, Hydrolyzed Soybean Protein, Monosodium Glutamate, Black Beans, Cane Vinegar, Garlic, Black Pepper, Annatto, Bay Leaf, Sodium Benzoate (preservative) and Star Anise.
