Datu Puti Adobo Series – Pininyahang Adobo 180ml — a ready-to-use Filipino cooking sauce combining the traditional savoury and tangy flavours of adobo with the sweet and refreshing taste of pineapple. Perfect for preparing Pininyahang Adobo with chicken or pork.

Usage: Marinate your choice of meat with the sauce, add water and simmer until tender. Each 180ml pouch is suitable for approximately 1kg of meat.

Ingredients: Water, Pineapple Juice, Cane Vinegar, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soybean Protein, Onion, Black Pepper, Monosodium Glutamate, Iodised Salt, Garlic and Sodium Benzoate (preservative).
