DATU PUTI – Pinoy Kurat 375ml

Datu Puti Pinoy Kurat Spiced Tuba Vinegar 375ml — a distinctive Filipino spiced vinegar made from fermented tuba (coconut sap) blended with fresh spices. It has a bold, aromatic and spicy flavour, making it perfect as a dipping sauce (sawsawan), marinade or flavour enhancer for Filipino dishes.

Ingredients: Coconut Vinegar (80%), Chilli (4%), Iodised Salt, Onion, Ginger, Sugar, Garlic, Black Pepper (2%) and Flavour Enhancer (E621).

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
