Datu Puti Spiced Vinegar 750ml — a naturally fermented Filipino spiced vinegar with a sharp, tangy flavour combined with onion, chilli and garlic. Perfect as a traditional Filipino dipping sauce (sawsawan), and also great for marinades, cooking and adding extra flavour to meat, seafood and other Filipino dishes.

Ingredients: Water, Cane Vinegar, Onion, Chilli, Garlic, Iodised Salt, Natural Cloud Antioxidant (E220), Colour (E150a).

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
