Mama Sita’s Pansit Bihon Oriental Stir Fry Seasoning Mix for Rice Noodle 40g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix for preparing delicious Pancit Bihon, a popular Filipino stir-fried rice noodle dish. It gives your noodles a delicious savoury flavour with garlic, black pepper and paprika. Perfect with rice noodles, vegetables, chicken, prawns or other seafood.

Ingredients: Soy Sauce Powder (Soybeans, Wheat, Dextrin, Salt), Cornstarch, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate), Cane Sugar, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika, Colour (Caramel).

Preparation: Dissolve one 40g pouch of Mama Sita’s Pansit Bihon Mix in water according to the instructions on the packaging. Add to stir-fried meat, seafood and vegetables, then add rice noodles and cook until tender and well combined.

Serving suggestion: Serve hot with chopped spring onions, fried garlic and calamansi or lemon on the side.
