Mamasita Lumpiang Shanghai Mix 40g

Mama Sita’s Fried Spring Roll Seasoning (Lumpiang Shanghai) Mix 40g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix for preparing delicious Lumpiang Shanghai, also known as Filipino fried spring rolls. Made with garlic, black pepper, salt and a touch of sugar, it gives your spring roll filling a delicious savoury flavour.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Garlic Powder, Salt, Cornstarch, Black Pepper.

Preparation: Combine one 40g pouch of Mama Sita’s seasoning mix with approximately 500g ground meat, finely chopped carrots, onions and spring onions, plus a beaten egg. Mix well, place the filling onto spring roll wrappers, roll tightly and seal. Deep-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. It can also be prepared with chicken, fish or vegetables.

Serving suggestion: Serve with sweet chilli sauce or sweet and sour sauce.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
