Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade (Soy-Citrus) 680ml — a delicious Filipino marinade with a savoury soy flavour combined with the refreshing tang of Philippine lemon, garlic and black pepper. Perfect for preparing traditional Filipino beef tapa, a popular breakfast dish served with garlic fried rice and fried eggs.

Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Philippine Lemon Juice Extract (12%), Soy Sauce (10%) (Water, Soybeans, Salt), Fresh Garlic, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Colour (Caramel), Black Pepper, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate).

Usage: Marinate thinly sliced beef with Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade according to the instructions on the packaging. Fry or grill until cooked and serve hot. It can also be used as a marinade for other meat dishes.
