Mama Sita’s Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 405g — a delicious Filipino-style vegetarian oyster sauce made from plant-based ingredients, with a rich, savoury and slightly sweet umami flavour. Perfect for stir-fried vegetables, noodles, tofu, rice dishes, marinades, soups and other Asian-style recipes.

Ingredients: Water, Cane Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt), Salt, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate), Modified Starch, Colour (Caramel), Preservative (Sorbic Acid), Yeast Extract.
