UK DELIVERY CHARGES:

Delivery charges are based on weight of products you order. Delivery starts from £4.99.

  • Shipping Charge does not only mean Posting Charge Alone (It includes Payment Charges/Parcel Charges/Materials Used and Labour)
  • Only cleared payments will be processed
  • Delivery cut off time is 2pm. Orders made after 2pm will be processed the next day.

LOCAL PICKUP: FREE

Frozen food is for collection ONLY

Collection times: Monday – Saturday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (to collect outside these hours please contact us to make special arrangements)

How to get here: Bus: 32, 30, 31 and 36 / It is 10 minutes away by Car or by Bus from the Town Centre of Newcastle. Car: road parking.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of your order.

Is my order tracked?
Yes, all parcels are tracked and signed for. You will get a tracking code by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Can I make any special requests for the courier?
Yes, you can enter any special request during the checkout for the courier eg. leave with neighbour, leave in porch etc

What happens if I am not in?
There will be 3 attempt for the delivery of All parcels. If you enter special request, the courier company will leave the parcel to your neighbour if not in (UK mainland only).

Is my packaged securely?
All orders are packed to the highest quality to ensure no damage will occur during transit. Almost 100% of all our packaging are from recycled card board.

What if something is missing or broken when I receive my order?
By ordering in this website all items can only be carried on a NO PROTECTION BASIS on any items. Any person ordering any product in our website will be at their own risk. The delivery is carried out by third party services.

No Refund shall be carried out on loss or damaged items as most items are included in the prohibited lists of the courier.  Even the items is insured against loss or damaged, the courier company will not honour any claim.
