Mamasita Caldereta Mix 50g

Mama Sita’s Caldereta Spicy Sauce Mix 50g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix for preparing traditional Caldereta, a rich and hearty spicy beef stew. Made with tomato, paprika, garlic and a blend of herbs and spices, it creates a delicious savoury sauce with a gentle spicy flavour. Perfect for beef, chicken or lamb Caldereta.

Ingredients: Tomato Powder, Cane Sugar, Salt, Rice Flour, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Spices (Chilli Powder, Oregano Powder, Bayleaf Powder, Rosemary Powder), Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Preparation: Pan-fry approximately 1kg of beef until browned. Add water and simmer until the meat is tender. Add Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix and stir well, then add potatoes, carrots and other vegetables. Simmer until cooked and serve hot with rice.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
