Mamasita Tinolang Manok Mix 26g

Mama Sita’s Tinola Ginger Soup Base Mix 26g — a convenient Filipino soup seasoning mix that gives you the comforting taste of a traditional homemade Tinola, a delicious ginger-based chicken soup. Perfect for preparing Tinola with chicken, green papaya and chilli leaves, or with alternative vegetables such as chayote and malunggay.

Ingredients: Salt, Ginger Powder (19%), Onion Powder, Cane Sugar, Garlic Powder, Flavour Enhancers (Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate).

Preparation: Combine one 26g pouch of Mama Sita’s Tinola Mix with approximately 1.5 litres of water, chicken and green papaya. Bring to a boil and simmer until the chicken is cooked and the papaya is tender. Add chilli leaves before serving. If green papaya is unavailable, chayote (sayote) can be used, with spinach, watercress or malunggay as alternatives.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
