Mama Sita’s Palabok Oriental Gravy Mix 57g — a convenient Filipino gravy mix for preparing delicious Pancit Palabok. It creates a rich, savoury sauce with garlic and seafood flavours, perfect for serving over Filipino rice noodles (bihon) with your favourite Palabok toppings.

Ingredients: Cornstarch, Rice Flour, Salt, Garlic Powder, Cane Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Shrimp (Crustacean) Powder, Achuete (Annatto) Powder-Cornstarch Mix, Black Pepper, Flavour Enhancers (Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate).

Preparation: Dissolve one 57g pouch of Mama Sita’s Palabok Oriental Gravy Mix in water or unsalted stock. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Pour over cooked bihon rice noodles and garnish with your favourite toppings such as boiled eggs, spring onions, shrimp, smoked fish, fried garlic, squid and crushed pork crackling.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
