Mamasita Sisig Mix 40g

Mama Sita’s Capampangan Sisig Mix (Citrus-Pepper Spice) 40g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix for preparing authentic Capampangan Sisig, a popular dish from Pampanga made with chopped meat, onions, citrus and black pepper. This mix combines Philippine lemon, black pepper, onion and chilli to give your Sisig a delicious tangy, savoury and slightly spicy flavour.

Ingredients: Lemon Powder (36%) (Philippine Lemon Juice Extract, Maltodextrin), Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper (6%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Yeast Extract, Chilli Powder, Colour (Caramel).

Preparation: Dissolve one 40g pouch of Mama Sita’s Sisig Mix in water according to the instructions on the packaging. Combine with approximately 1kg of cooked, grilled or fried chopped meat and onions. Mix well and serve hot. Green chilli can be added for extra flavour and heat.

Serving suggestion: Traditionally served hot with chopped onions and green chilli, and can be enjoyed with rice.
