Mama Sita’s Stew Base Mix (Pang Kare-Kare) 50g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix for preparing traditional Kare-Kare, a rich and hearty Filipino stew. This mix provides the base for the savoury, thick and colourful Kare-Kare sauce, with garlic, onion and achuete (annatto) flavours. Simply add your preferred amount of peanut butter or peanuts to create the flavour you like.

Ingredients: Rice Flour and Spices (Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Achuete Powder-Cornstarch).
