Mamasita Adobo Mix 50g

Mama Sita’s Adobo Savory Sauce Mix 50g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix made with garlic and spices, specially prepared as a base for authentic Filipino Adobo. Perfect for preparing delicious chicken, pork or other meat dishes with a rich, savoury and garlicky flavour.

Ingredients: Garlic Powder, Cane Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Black Pepper, Colour (Caramel).

Preparation: Dissolve one 50g pouch of Mama Sita’s Adobo Mix in 250ml water. Pour over approximately 1kg of meat and marinate for 15 minutes. Remove the meat and fry in cooking oil until golden brown. Add the marinade, bring to a boil, then simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Add water if necessary.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
