Mamasita BBQ Marinade Mix 50g

Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade Mix 50g — a convenient Filipino seasoning mix for preparing delicious Philippine-style barbecue. Made with cane sugar, garlic, black pepper and salt, it gives meat a sweet, savoury and garlicky flavour with a delicious caramelised finish when grilled.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Garlic Powder, Salt, Colour (Caramel), Black Pepper.

Preparation: Sprinkle one 50g pouch of Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade Mix over approximately 500g of meat. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour. Thread the meat onto skewers and grill until cooked. Alternatively, pan-fry the marinated meat in a little oil until fully cooked.

Serving suggestion: Perfect for Filipino-style pork, chicken or beef barbecue served with rice and your favourite dipping sauce.

Storage: Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
